About our Client: Our client is a leading MNC bank having a huge market capitalization. Their captive unit in India is now supporting their global operations. Being regarded as one of the most sustainable banks in the APAC region, they are now seeking a AVP/VP FP&A to be based out of Bangalore

Job Description: Reporting to the SVP- FP&A, your key responsibilities will include:

- Prepare financial dashboard, metrics, compliance reports

- Periodic review of monthly financials, balance sheet and variance analysis

- Using variance analysis as a precursor for strategic initiatives

- Prepare insightful and high quality senior management presentations

- Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management

- Lead and mentor a team of 2 - 3 professionals

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Qualified CA/MBA with 10-13 years post qualification experience in FP&A / Management Accounting within a services setup.

- Prior experience in having a blend of working hands on as well as managing a team is a must
