Roles & responsibilities:  - Product accounting for listed derivative products (futures and options)  - Reconciling and reporting the trading accounts and financial accounts for the Global Markets Listed Derivatives Business  - Analytical review of the trading balance sheet and profit and loss accounts  - FX exposure management, sell-off and reporting  - Bespoke accounting entries, e.g. German GAAP and structured trades  - Management reporting of key performance indicators and key risk indicators  - Substantiating the trading balance sheet  - Analysis and testing to support strategic projects  - Regulatory accounting submissions & disclosure   - Supporting new product approval process  Experience:  - Relevant experience in Financial Control, Product Control or related function  - Business or mathematical based degree with professional accounting qualification  - Problem solving and analytical skills  - Strong leadership and management skills, able to work in virtual global teams and in a matrix organization  - Previous exposure to senior level decision-makers and stakeholders and strong Stakeholder Management skills  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
