AVP/VP - Financial Accounting & Reporting - CA

Having minimum experience of 7 years post CA qualification in Financial Accounting or similiar roles

Having experience working on Legal and Regulatory reporting

Experience working on timely reporting as per IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP

Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards

Will be involved in the following:

- Executing month-end processes and procedures, including journals, data analysis, integrity checks and financial summaries.

- Complying with various disclosure requirements and variance commentaries.

- Establish and work on reconciliations.

- Ensuring that there are no unexplained / unidentified inter-company breaks.

- liaising with various FA&O departments, tax department and external and internal auditors

- Driving and support improvements/ efficiencies in the team.

- Ensuring all the knowledge documents are updated and there are proper back-ups (cross training) for the critical tasks.

- Monthly Asset Management, Shared Services

- Monthly derivatives, securities and investments related Balance Sheet ownership
