AVP/VP - Direct Taxation - CA

Senior Tax Accountant with around minimum 7 years of Tax accounting / Tax consolidation experience

- Having experience working on International Taxation or Cross Border Taxation

Job Includes:

- Preparation of global tax reports on a monthly basis to facilitate global tax review.

- Assistance with the preparation of presentations for global month-end tax results/positions.

- Assistance with management and review of global tax SOX controls, together with preparation of required documentation

- Assistance with tax review of consolidation adjustments on a real-time basis.

- Assistance with the preparation of tax journals and associated disclosures on consolidation adjustments
- Support in preparation of Peer Analyses

- Support in preparation of DTA forecasting

- Initial review of rate reconciliations - STR vs. ETR and first documented analysis

- Preparation of high level global tax rate reconciliation

- Preparation of weekly early tax rate indications

- Monthly collection of material item lists and incorporation in monthly tax rate forecast

- Support of annual legal entity forecasting process

- Support of FIN48 collection and FX conversion

- Preparation of high level tax balance sheet roll forward on a monthly/quarterly basis

- Collection and Analysis of Cash taxes paid by region / country

- Assistance with preparation and management of global tax month-end timetables, including co-ordination across regions

- Assistance with provision of tax documentation to external auditors on a quarterly basis

- Assistance with preparation and review of the tax disclosures in the organisations consolidated accounts (quarterly and annual reports)
