Responsibilities:

The role will be the primary point of contact with senior stakeholders from the client's side and the organization's side and would be expected to Project / Program Manage deliverables for Banking Projects.

The incumbent play the role of a Project / Program Manager in the Client engagement. Will liaise with all parties to manage scope and deliverables, manage stakeholder expectations, ensure regular status reporting to project managers and senior management. Also ensure knowledge transition of client implementation happens between client team and the internal team.

- 10-18 yrs of total experience with good academic qualifications,

- Strong knowledge and understanding of Technology,

- Understanding of Project Profitability,

- Excellent Stake-holder management skills mandatory,

- Would prefer Retail Banking / Digital Banking experience,

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills,

- Experience of working with a Banking Product firm is non-negotiable,

- Excellent people skills,

- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action,

- Ability to come up with solutions that would reduce cycle-times drastically.
