AVP/VP - Client On Boarding - AML/KYC

Job Description:

- Ensure operational readiness assessment, governance, implementation roll out of various regulatory changes, updates to be followed in line with Global KYC policies and procedures.

- Should have Subject matter expertise in KYC and AML policies and procedures

- Proactively manage global roll-outs for various regulatory roll-outs

- Proactively identify risks and training gaps and ensure appropriate mitigation solutions are proposed to senior management.

- Conduct independent process reviews and provide findings in a structured report to senior management

Job Specification:

- 7+ years of Banking experience of which 2 years (min) at a managerial level experience

- Prior experience in KYC/Controls/AML/Advisory

- Prior experience in facing off to Audit (Internal and External) and to regulators is desirable.

- Relevant experience in performing quality reviews is desirable
