Opening is with one of our reputed client in BPO Company.

Position: AVP/VP Business Development- Domestic Market

Location: Mumbai

Job Specification:

This role is required to identify and develop new clients in DOMESTIC region, PAN India. Leading the Sales activities and establishing/maintaining relationships at all levels. The role would thus be responsible and accountable for the following areas:

1. SALES & MARKETING

A. Responsible for farming existing accounts and hunting new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues from the Domestic Market (PAN India).

B. Formulate & implement short & long term Sales & Marketing strategies.

C. Lead from front on strategic sales and marketing planning and trade planning by analyzing business, service, competitors and market situations.

D. Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal.

E. Attend business meetings regularly to understand client’s requirement & provide best solutions.

F. Interact and maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up selling activities.

G. Perform analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Top management.

H. Plan, Organize, Implement and Control all marketing functions such as new service launch plan, set up pricing according to price structure, develop and implement promotional activity.

2. RELATIONSHIP BUILDING ACTIVITIES

A. Must be able to network and develop market intelligence for generating leads.

B. Responsible for building & developing strong contacts within the sector. Continuously fosters and develops the relationship for on-going sales.

Desired Skills:

1. At least 15+ years of overall experience with majority of them in PAN INDIA sales / account management in BPO and ITES Industry.

2. Hardcore sales experience in BPO industry with consistent achievement of new sales targets

3. Should have exposure to managing existing business and farming of existing account to generate new business

4. Should be able to manage accounts on his / her own , with ability to cultivate / engage CMOs, Marketing Directors of F&A Outsourcing / AP-AR Services / Payroll & HRO Services / Insurance / Healthcare companies.
