AVP/VP - Analytics Leader - BFSI/BPO

Position : Analytics Leader (AVP/VP)

Location: Pune or Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Lead Marketing analytics efforts for driving Credit card spends, Product design, Pricing and Digital initiatives in Marketing and provide insights into Marketing Programs, strategy & planning for a leading Indian Credit Card business.

- Develop complex customer segmentation models, scorecards, and implement high ROI marketing programs.

- Liaise across functions and conduct Business planning exercise, Customer analysis, and drive Activation, Retention & Complaints management programs.

- Implemented Marketing Analytics infra and Campaign management platform – first ever in the organization.

- Responsible for shared Revenue growth, P&L, Marketing offers and Customer satisfaction
