Looking for strong "IT AUDIT " candidate, either from IB or from Consulting / Big 4 but strong Banking Domain Expertise ONLY  Position Description:   We are seeking to recruit an experienced IT audit manager to work within the Pune team, with responsibility for the management and execution of technology-related audit work across all of the Bank's IT groups including provision of remote audit services to other locations. Candidates would also be expected to maintain and develop relationships with key IT and business stakeholders to ensure Internal Audit continues to inspire confidence in the Bank's ability to deliver its strategy.   Key Responsibilities:  - Manage technology execution for a portfolio of audits, demonstrating an ability to effectively prioritise competing commitments, performing/ assisting with fieldwork as/ when required;  - Effectively supervise and motivate audit teams, providing necessary oversight and guidance to ensure the audit is completed against relevant targets (e.g. budget, fieldwork timing, report clearance etc.);  - Demonstrate effective risk awareness in order to ensure an appropriately targeted and risk focused audit approach;  - Identify key issues impacting businesses and IT areas under review, presenting and agreeing with management practical, commercial actions for the mitigation of associated risks;  - Monitor the progress and resolution of outstanding audit recommendations;  - Demonstrate the ability to proactively manage relationships with key IT stakeholders. Coordinate coverage with the external auditors;  - Maintain an awareness of key regulatory initiatives and industry best practices impacting the Bank's IT environment, and ensure that these are considered in the planning of upcoming audits;  - To help build Technology audit in the India BDC and develop technical and leadership skills, and provide constructive and timely feedback to junior staff;   - Development and provision of centralised audit services to the wider Internal Audit department, including continuous risk monitoring, and periodic analysis of IT performance and Key Risk Indicators (KRI- s)  - Set the right "tone at the top", demonstrating a principled approach and setting the right example for junior staff.   You Offer  - Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably IT related  - At least 9 - 10 years of Financial Services experience a minimum of 1-2 years audit management experience or equivalent.   - IT audit relevant certification (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CIA) preferable  - Outstanding technical and analytical abilities, including familiarity with application and IT general controls, technical environments and emerging IT trends  - Motivated and proactive professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to build good working relationships with senior management across a variety of cultures  - Excellent communication skills including fluent spoken and written English  - Willingness and ability to travel to other locations (- 20%, mostly in APAC).  - Ability to work independently and within a team environment
