AVP/Vice President - Direct Taxation - CA/CPA - BFS

We are looking for an AVP / VP India Direct Taxation. It is the fastest growing Business Operations locations, and plays a crucial role in delivering our high quality Financial Operations across the Globe. They are focused on delivering Finance, Finance Operations, Customer Service and Offer to Cash (OTC) functions to our businesses around the world.

Responsibilities

- On time delivery of accurate India tax reports, returns and payments for migrated activity through effective and efficient management and operation of the direct tax compliance processes;

- Preparation, calculation, recording, and reporting tax provisions, effective direct tax rates and other management assurances including tax account balances and reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner;

- Standards/systems to comply with the Group Records Management policy are in place and followed;

- Reviewing and monitoring and the entire end to end process as well as country specific tax returns and tax accruals /provisions is carried out, to enable management assurance on the statutory compliances for the various entities in the migrated countries;

- Group accounting and reporting changes are effectively incorporated and implemented in the process;

- Litigation and Indirect taxation as well.

We are looking for either a Qualified CA or CPA with 10 - 15 years of experience.

Location: Chennai

We are looking for candidates specifically either from Consulting Firms or Shared Services experience.
