About Our Client
Our client is a leading corporate and investment bank with rapid expansion of their operations in Indian market. As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centres in APAC they are looking for an experienced professional to join their team to develop a continuous improvement culture in their global shared services set-up based out Delhi NCR.
Job Description
- You would be part of the quality function for the shared service set-up for the bank liaising with the global leadership of the bank. You would coach and liaise with the lines of business for continuous improvement and change management.
- You would need to act as internal consultant for the organization and drive business managers for process improvement, performance management, product design etc. Further, working as a change agent you would be responsible for co-ordinating and directing the global Business Process Re-engineering activities across multiple work streams.
The Successful Applicant
- CA / MBA from premier Business School with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in processing re-engineering and change management in a financial services setup
- Certified trained in Lean/Six Sigma with strong experience in continuous improvement
- Successful track record of managing senior stakeholders in an international environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Extensive project initiation and business analysis experience.
- Successful track record of executing large cross-border projects.
