Description

A global financial services company with a strong presence in Investment Banking and Private Banking is expanding its CFO division to centrally manage its transfer pricing documentation process.

Responsibilities:

- Managing the end-to-end global transfer pricing documentation process .

- Preparing a holistic transfer pricing documentation package

- Liaising with local country Tax-or Finance managers and external advisors, gathering information, and initiating action plans

- Supporting Regional-/Country Tax-and the Global Transfer Pricing teams with any transfer pricing reviews or audits by conducting analysis and drafting responses ahead of submissions.

Skill

- 5-6 years of Transfer Pricing experience (preferred in consulting or in-house environment), or a strong background in Accounting, Finance or Tax

- Strong academic credentials in Commerce, Economics or Finance (MBA)

- Strong analytical-and research skills

- High degree of proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word
