AVP - Trade Finance Operations
Qualification : CA/MBA Finance
- Responsible for trade finance operations in a captive set up
- Work with the transitions team on all new transitions within the company.
- Be responsible in managing the financial, people and process aspects of the business.
- Ensure collaboration with onsite partners before and after process transitions and in partnering for performance.
- Should be an operations and industry expert, and may serve on company-wide tasks or project teams that steer the company's operational direction.
- Overall leader for performance, growth & initiatives
- Build and formulate strategies in enhancing capability within the business
- Manage budgets at appropriate level.
- Partner with senior stakeholders including support groups to accomplish business objectives.
- Attract, motivate and develop team members
- Ensure process are run in compliance with the risk guidelines set by the bank.
- Responsible for managing a large Trade & FX team processing end to end Trade & FX transactions both in captive & in-sourced environment
- Should have experience in migrating processes from onshore under stringent time lines & quality requirements
