AVP - Trade Finance Operation - Bank (8-15 yrs)
Opportunity to work with leading domestic bank for 'AVP-Trade Finance Operation' for Kolkata location.
Responsibilities:
- To supervise and manage entire team of Trade Finance Operations at Kolkata.
- Ensure delivery of Trade operations as per the TAT and with a ensuring Zero Error Operations.
- Guide team To liaise between branches and centralized trade operations.
- To attend to branch queries and resolve them to the best of the ability.
- To adhere to prescribed TAT/SLAs for Trade desk and CPUT Products.
- To ensure compliance of guidelines issued by internal / external regulator .
- Ensure timely cascade of guidelines and regulations to Team.
- Innovate and develop entire team.
- Manage the team expectations and ensure a happy and motivated work environment.
- Ensure Attrition is under control at all times.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Required skill(s): Trade Finance Operations.
- Required language(s): English, Hindi
- A seasoned banker with atleast 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
