Our Client is India’s most respected Financial Services Distribution company.
CTC - As per the Norm
Experience - 8+ years in Insurance Telesales. Exp of Call Centre Set Up MANDATORY.
CTC - Upto 10 L
Key Result Areas
- Managing a team selling insurance and other financial products. The AVP will be responsible for guiding the team and ensuring that sales targets are achieved month on month. This will include conducting team meetings/huddles, controlling metrics related to sales per individual, attrition, quality, talk time etc. coaching the supervisory staff and the telecallers.
- Analyzing data to better understand the customer’s being called with the objective of improving customer satisfaction and increasing the efficiency of the sales process.
- Identifying weak members of the team and developing training programs to help them improve. Developing and implementing plans to improve the overall performance of the team.
- Building a culture of teamwork and camaraderie with the objective of curbing attrition and to ensure that every member of the team clearly understands and is working to achieve the objectives of the organization.
- Assist to recruit people for their teams and other teams to enable the organization to grow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduation Mandatory.
- Experience ranging from 6+ years in outbound telesales processes at reputed companies.
- Minimum 5 year of experience in a role in which the incumbent has managed large teams of telesales process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic personality with high levels of confidence and energy. Self Motivated with a go-getting attitude.
- Must be comfortable with computer tools such as email, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
