- MBA(Finance)/ CA/ CPA

What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years:

- Understand unique business process requirement for the region and work with operations leaders to create a robust outsourcing solution

- Support client organization in driving change management; develop good relationship with key finance leaders in the customer organization.

- Build a strong operating team and provide thought leadership

- Execution of Transition plan first time right

- Balance growth and maintain noise free existing operations across all geographies

- Identify opportunities to provide improved productivity and cost out to customer

- Communicate with customers at a strategic level and align to customer needs and expectations

- Partner with customer on major transformation projects

- Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in F&A outsourced environment out of which 3-4 years should be in a leadership role

- Hands on experience of managing multiple senior finance stakeholders at CXO level

- Good understanding of regional nuances

- Awareness of Finance control Framework (SOX and other regulatory requirements)

- Handling large teams and their management experience

Specific competences (Desirable) :

- IFRS experience Desirable

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Knowledge, Experience, Education External & internal contacts :

- Managing the team across various service lines.

- Responsible for the successful delivery and NPS/CSAT and service measurements across all the projects.

- Monitor and improve account-wide delivery execution, reporting, and communication standards.

- Identify and properly disposition delivery-related issues and risks.

- Provide External Reporting department with quarterly and annual disclosure information for publication in the 10-K and 10-Q for the U.S. and non-U.S. employee benefit plans.

- Manage Senior Benefits Analyst, who performs the day-to-day accounting on the U.S. pension, postretirement medical, active medical, 401(k), North American and International postemployment, and flexible spending accounts. Review all reporting and journal entries prepared by the analyst.

- Review the reconciliations of International accounting records for pension and postretirement obligations to the actuarial reports, communicate with the countries and coordinate year end entries and expense for the year.

- Provide FP&A department with updated forecasts for benefit costs, as requested periodically throughout the year.

- Act as key liaison/facilitator for completion of ten ERISA benefit plan audits, between the auditors, and the Accounting, Benefits, and Treasury departments

- Act as key liaison with Global and U.S. actuaries to obtain updated pension, postretirement, and postemployment results throughout the year for funding and accounting purposes.

Essential :

- PG with 8 years in the F&A, FPNA or R2R domain

- Knowledge of Accounting principles and policies related to US GAAP/ IFRS

- Knowledge of financial reporting

- Prior Operations experience in the BPO Industry

- Experience in leading team

Desirable :

- Involvement in Six Sigma initiatives and projects

- Transitions experience

External : Client Leadership

Internal : Relationship Managers / Enabling Functions / Global teams
