Qualification: MBA (HR) from premiere B-Schools (XLRI, TISS, SYMBIOSIS, MDI, XISS, XIMB) (via Regular curriculum only)

Roles And Responsibilities:

People Policies & Processes:

- Review and align people polices with the Organization's existing Value System

- Improve Policy framework by simplifying the policy adherence

- Measure deviations and define deviation approval processes

Special Projects:

- Ability to assist HR Head to plan, design & work on special projects as required for improving / introducing HR functions for the organization.

Employee Engagement.

Performance Management:

- Candidate should have excellent exposure on planning, designing, implementation and rolling out PMS Calendar & various appraisals.
