Role:

- Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the location

- Lead a team

- Provide strategic direction for the function

- Understand manpower requirements by partnering with the HRBP and functional Heads

- Put together a robust selection process

- Manage offer process

- Manage onboarding process

Requirements:

- 10-12 yrs of Talent Acquisition preferably from a ITES/IT captive

- Should have played a strategic talent acquisition role

- Good communication and stateholder management skills
