Qualification: MBA / PGDBM
Total Experience: 12+ years
- Responsible for taking all the strategic decision about Service Line development.
- Also responsible for the Implementation & improving of TA systems & processes
- Will have to work in coordination with top Management in resource related issues, recruitment, resource planning.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the business, markets, and services.
- Active involvement in the interactions with Partner, Directors and Sr. Managers for various project requirements across locations.
- Responsible for providing Recruitments forecast, managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports/resources and business partners.
- Should have experience in Talent Acquisition - Senior Technical & Leadership hiring, Campus Hiring, Niche technical talent hiring.
