Our client is a leading MNC bank offering a wide range of services across Retail, Private, Wholesale and Investment Banking. With excellent growth prospects for the wholesale and investment banking piece in India.

Our client is looking to add an AVP- Talent Acquisition for their team in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Managing the hiring needs for the investment banking / retail function ensuring the process is streamlined

- Manage hiring across leadership, lateral and campus

- Lead the campus engagement strategy and operationalize the plan for the same

- Partner with other staffing leads and ensuring zero miss on compliance during the process

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns

- End to end vendor management for niche recruitment needs

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have 8-12 years of total experience with at least 5 years in core recruitment in BFSI.

- A combination of HR Generalist / HRBP + Talent Acquisition is highly desirable for this role.

- You will currently be working with a leading Investment / Wholesale bank managing lateral hires and interacting closely with business.

- Full time MBA and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.
