Required Education

 - MBA HR from Tier 1 B-schools (IIM’S, XLRI, ISB, SCMHRD, TISS, XISS, IMT).

 - Must be with a Strong Talent Acquisition experience

 - Experience of presenting to senior clients/stakeholders and to gain agreement to course of action.

 - Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.

 - Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment

 - Track record of managing senior recruitment or search assignments at an agency or in-house recruitment function.

 - Experience in optimising and leading others in all sourcing activities

 - Subject matter expertise, knowledge of local recruitment practices

 - PC Skills - MS Office| Lotus|.

 - Incumbent must be equipped with Multi Tasking, Openness, Flexible, Strong Communication Skills, Stakeholder relationship Management
