AVP - Supply Chain Operations - Manufacturing

Job description :

Candidate should have strong Manufacturing background with Automotive background. Should have handled 500+FTE's with P&L of 25 billion $

- Model costs throughout the supply chain and produce models/scenarios to show the effect of changes to the supply chain network.

- Fill rate improvement through Root Cause Analysis in Global Supply Chain for Philips Healthcare SPS.

- Support Supply chain cost optimization projects by bringing data visibility and analytics.

- Lead Business Intelligence team and provide solution for business reporting.

- Delivered Projects on Profit optimization, continuous improvement and Capacity utilization liaising with the Logistics provider for Manufacturing OEMS, Automotive parts

- Implementing Value adding process steps resulting in overall cost reduction and improving business performance.

- Active organiser in MBRM (Monthly Business Review Meeting) to present SCM business insights

Relationship Management :

- Providing direction, support & guidelines to a team to ensure efficient resolution through correspondence & coordination

- Mentor for all Supply Chain trainings for the teams as part of succession Planning.

- Communicating & maintaining healthy relations with all clients and vendors.
