AVP - Strategy Consulting - Inv Bank

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contribute in the overall team’s workflow – ensuring that deliverables are completed accurately and on a timely basis

- Assist the team in writing/updating commentary based on analysis of competitor results and broad industry trends

- Prepare and update all base documents for each competitor by highlighting and incorporating financials including re-statements (if any)

- Capture, analyse and present the competitor data (including quantitative and qualitative data) in a meaningful manner

- Assist in analysis of internal/external data based on adhoc requests received from senior management

- Be able to learn content quickly – although investment banking experience is not a pre-requisite, the role involves researching and analyzing new topics on a regular basis

- Be creative in applying knowledge and skills to research and analytics – should be able to take an issue and think around potential solutions and drive these to a conclusion

- Consulting background / work experience will be preferred (though not compulsory)

- Post Grad / MBA degree, preferably in business or other quantitative field (mathematics, engineering, etc)

- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment & interpersonal skills
