One of our clients, A leading Asset management company is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.   Sr. Relationship Manager-Institutional Sales  Basic Job Purpose:   Job purpose :   - To ensure a high institutional market share in Mumbai  - To tie - up and liaison with key distributors in Mumbai to grow institutional market share of the company, with special focus on market share from key clients allocated.   - To design and structure products which are suitable for top clients.  - To garner market intelligence on competition and trends.  - To do product analysis and assist in providing relevant analysis of competing schemes/ other economic trends so as to assist all members of institutional team to make more effective sales calls.   - To have in depth connectivity and knowledge about existing and new client to sell different products.  - Increasing the AUM from key clients allocated.  - Strategy and Product Plans and distributor tie-ups  - Market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, and competition.  - Reporting's as assigned to the role by CO/ CH/ RH.  Education & Experience :  - MBA with 5 years plus experience with top AMC in Mumbai market with exposure to handling key clients of Mumbai for a minimum period of 2 years plus.   - Having good relations and contacts with top clients and distributors in Mumbai.  - Understanding of MF products, debt markets, operational issues & market updates/connectivity.  - Aggressive, good inter-personal skills, good presentation skills, in - depth market and economy knowledge, excellent communication skills  Premnath Worksource Professional Bangalore
