Urgently looking for AVP/Senior Manager- Transformation Consulting (Process Improvement Consultant) role based in Hyderabad and Bangalore
Location: Dubai
Experience- -10 years (Post MBA)
Role: AVP / Senior Manager- Transformation (Process Improvement Consultant)
Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for establishing a Continuous Improvement process, using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, to support operational objectives through improved processes.
- Lead Kaizen events / workshops and process improvement teams.
- Identify improvement margin (quality, service, cost reduction). Analyze, recommend and support employee training in the proper application of Continuous Improvement concepts.
- Coach and mentor internal candidates to ensure successful completion of projects and skills development.
- Implement process improvements to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate across business and functional units in the region to ensure alignment of improvement initiative.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MBA from Tier -1 B-school only doing projects into BFSI industry.
- Preferring Candidate only from Consulting Organizations.
- Candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Lean, preferably in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives post masters. Continuous Improvement competencies including Six Sigma methodology, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Kaizen.
