AVP/Sr Manager - Process Excellence - Blackbelt - BPO

- 10-15 years of work experience with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in quality.

- Six Sigma Black Belt certified

- Should have been in Black Belt role for at least 4-5 yrs

- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas

- Find application opportunities for Six Sigma and Lean breakthrough strategy and tools, both internal and external

- Coach and mentor Black Belts on improvement initiatives, provide expertise in quantitative techniques, and ensure rigorous and timely completion of projects.

- Coach and train people on Six Sigma and Lean concepts

- Experience in process redesign
