Company Profile :   Our client is a well diversified financial services firm offering a range of financial products and services such as Wealth Management , Broking, Distribution, Commodity Broking, Portfolio Management Services , Institutional Equities, Private Equity and Principal Strategies, etc.  Designation: AVP / Senior Manager - Margin Funding: Mumbai  Location: Mumbai  Experience: 5 - 8 years   Education: Any Graduate plus MBA.   Job Role:   Working knowledge of following products (preferable):  - Margin Funding  - Loan against Shares / Other securities  - Promoter financing  - ESOPs funding  - IPO Funding  - Term loans to Corporates  - Real Estate lending  - Commodity backed financing   Key areas of delivery:   1) Approvals for new loans :  - Credit and collateral risk assessment for new sanctions of term loans / Real estate lending and Margin Funding loans with exceptions to LAS policy or Cases with disbursal > Rs 5 cr   - Should analyze the stock by looking at the volumes, share holding, pledge status, analyst reports etc.   - Should be in touch with the other lenders in the market to understand the nature of deals floating in the market. This will also give a sense of operator driven deals   - Should talk to our analysts and IB team in respect of proposals of companies being covered by us and which will help form a sector view also   - Incase of a large funding account it is suggested that a client meeting should be done   - CIBIL /World check and google check to be done   - Build a robust credit rating and collateral rating score to have a scientific basis for risk based pricing of lending products  2) Monitoring of existing loans :  - Regular monitoring of milestones / cash flows in case of term loans / Real estate loans and regular interactions with business teams / clients for understanding progress / developments   - Monitoring of past dues and escalation to business teams for recoveries   - Early warnings for loans that are showing signs of stress   - Regular interactions with market risk team to get risk cover reports and identifying cases where there is collateral shortfall / high stock concentration   - Regular monitoring of pricing to identify cases where yields are lower than commitments made by business at time of sanction   3) Business intelligence :   - Build business case for new lending products within the risk appetite defined by the Group   - Build network in the industry to understand developments within existing product lines   - Build strong market intelligence   4) Systems and processes :   - Should monitor the interest calculation for non-funding clients, follow up for interest and address the servicing related activities for the non-funding clients   - A proper set of documents should be maintained for the non-funding clients   - The inflow / outflow date of the funds should be monitored and timely information of the same should be provided to the finance team.   - Update of interest and ledgers should be provided to the accounts team   - Lending MIS should be prepared on a weekly/fortnightly basis for circulation to the management   - Ensuring of LAS compliance in respect of the proposals and compliances of the NBFC guidelines in respect of loans   - Reviewing of LAS policy on a periodic basis and intimating changes in the same  Competencies:  - Eye for detail  - Assertive and articulate  - Good negotiation skills  - Good networking skills  - Good analytical skills  - Perseverance  - Process orientation  Compensation offered: Negotiable  For more details, please visit us on www.vitasta.com Interested candidate please send your updated CV with following details.  - Experience: - CTC: - Notice Period:  Juie Sonavane|| Vitasta Consulting Pvt.
