Excellent opportunity in a European Leading Investment Bank having 8-10 years of experience in HR domain with a minimum of 3 years as HR business Partner in a complex/matrixed organization

Desired Skill:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP

- Candidates having experience in HR Operations and not from IT

- Candidates currently working for Investment Bank or Banking captives

Job Title: HRBP Sr.Manager/AVP

Job Location: Bangalore

Key Skill Areas & Knowledge Required:

Broad objective:

- The implementation of the HR strategy of the Group, its adaptation to the Business objectives and to the local context (People Value Proposition, Talents policy, Operating efficiency)

- Sustaining the performance, the commitment and the development of human capital.

- Anticipating and assisting with the changes in the Business and areas of business through the application of HR change strategies.

- Adapting the HR model to the Business and ensuring its appropriate implementation.

KRA's:

- Will be responsible for managing the HR interface for a specific business unit by providing strategic HR consulting & advisory services

- Gain sufficient knowledge about the business of his/her perimeter and keep abreast of the latest in industry relevant to the business and act as an agent of change in the event of any transformation activities.

- Oversees the administration and delivery within the business unit(s) for performance management, talent management, total compensation administration and training and development programs.

- Proactively identifies necessary human resources policy or program changes and recommends alternative practices to the appropriate Human Resources area

- Participates in special committees or councils in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR programs and policies for the organization.

- Analyze Key people metrics (internal and external) and employee insight to identify ways of enhancing employee engagement and driving business performance.

- Analyze exit interview notes and recommend retention strategy

- To work closely with the HR experts and Shared Services Centers which includes - collaboration with COEs like recruitment, shared services, HR operations, learning and development.

- Being an integral part of succession planning for key positions in the business unit along with the management.

- Responsible for control of HR Operational risks within his/her perimeter by ensuring the services are compliant to SLA and quality of the services from the dedicated Shared Services Centers/ Middle-Offices is maintained.
