AVP/Sr Manager - F&A Operations - BPO (10-15 yrs)
A leading BPO is looking for Finance and Accounts (F&A) professionals at Chennai/Pune.
Expertise area: P2P/R2R/O2C
Level: Senior Manager/ AVP
Experience: 10-15 years in FnA.
Location: Chennai/Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs for aligned accounts, meeting C-Sat requirements for aligned clients in F&A space
- Meeting top line / bottom line targets for aligned account/s
- Providing leadership to the team, talent retention (meeting attrition targets), people capability building
- Contribution to business development for additional business
- Process excellence for operational effectiveness
Skills Desired:
- In-depth knowledge and appreciation of domain in F&A (P2P/O2C/R2R).
- Hands-on experience in F&A Delivery in BPO/SSC.
- Client management ability
- Excellent articulation and communication skills
- Superb interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Resilience and confidence
- Ability to handle large teams
- Creativity and innovativeness
Educational Qualification: CA/CS/ MBA (2 years full time) from Reputed B-School
