AVP/Sr Manager - Cross Sell - Fees Based Products - NBFC (5-8 yrs)
Looking for AVP / Sr Manager Cross Sell –Fees Based Products for one of the leading NBFC at Mumbai !!!
Our client is a leading NBFC with over 575 offices in 375 locations across India and overseas at Dubai and New York. Serving with products like Gold Loans, Secured lending, SME Loans & Structure financing.
The position is the driver of customer centric sales proposition, that offers customers a range of products from liabilities to consumer assets (credit cards, personal loans etc) to wealth management.
Job Profile and KRA:
- Clear Accountability, handling sales to High Networth, SME,Corporates and other clients.
- Profiling customers & providing products who meet their needs
- Deepen the relationship by cross selling products & services according to their needs
- Enhance & retain cost profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross reference.
- Acquire mass affluent retail customers, deepen existing HNI relationships for all wealth products (Insurance,mutual funds) and cross-sell 3rd party products for example ( Mutual Funds,Insurance,Equity Trading, Home Loans and other Fees based Product ).
- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction & retention.
Other responsibilities:
- Responsible for 3rd party product distribution, free income generation through branches.
- Adherence to internal policies &external regulations
- Business Development.
- Preferably from BFS domain.
