AVP - SOX Compliance - CA - BFSI (7-15 yrs)
We are ideally looking at:
Qualified CA with minimum 7 years post qualification experience
- Knowledge of the Sarbanes Oxley Act (2002) and the related guidance
- Experience implementing / coordinating the SOX programme across a global banking organization
- Experience delivering an aligned Operational Risk / SOX framework desirable
- Understanding of the COSO framework
- Ability to effectively manage relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
