Designation : Associate Vice President – SOX

Location : Noida

Required Experience :

- Ability to implement process changes and SOX awareness in theorganization

- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

- Good practical hands on experience in SOX

Responsibilities :

- To lead and implement SOX globally

- Build SOX framework for the organization.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify process gaps.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to drive change management.

- Ensure implementation of process changes

- Coordinate SOX testing

- Coordinate SOX audit.

Desired candidate :

- Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 8 - 12 years
