- Should be able to drive team for business as well as channel partner development.
- Day to day monitoring, motivation of team and business development through team.
- Ensure liasoning/relationship with internal teams (like under writers) and external (like channel partners).
- Timely resolution of conflicts, if any with regards to Channel partner or client queries
- Policy issuance
- Quote discrepancies
- Pay out issues
- Claim settlement
- Inter vertical conflict management
- Should be a multi tasker with fast pick up. The same would be required for
- Process grasping
- Poduct knowledge building
- Should be resourceful / innovative in finding new ways of doing business
- Should have good acumen to understand gaps in the existing processes and suggest changes for betterment
