Reporting Manager’s Role - BPM Delivery Head

Will be responsible for planning and managing BPM project, setting up teams, managing workshops, customer management.

1. Should have In depth knowledge of BPM (Business Process Modeling) Lifecycle – Process Documentation, Process Improvement , Business Activity Monitoring.

2. Should have strong Project Management Skills

3. Should be conversant with the Industry standard for process modeling and BPM tools

4. Should be conversant with BFSI Domain experience.
