Position Title : AVP / Sr. Manager / Mgr - Advanced Automation and Robotics / Solution Architect

Location : Noida

Basic Function

- Process Transformation experience using Six Sigma (Black Belt)

- Industry domain knowledge in any of Insurance, Utilities, Travel, Transportation, Logistics, BFS, Healthcare

- Translate the business problem into technical requirements and design technical solutions

- Exposure to project management including planning, execution and reporting

- Excellent inter -personal skills and presentation skills.

- Experience in BPS delivery, especially back office.

- Understanding of MIS processes.

- Experience ( Minimum) For Automation Architect: 7 -10 years- Experience ( Maximum) 10 Years

- Job Description Automation Architect Create and Manage reusable components by practice, process and sub processes. Code review for ensuring right level of modularization.

- Engage with presales and solutions teams to develop standard RPA collaterals and drive RPA as part of solution in all BO areas.

- Project risk management and mitigations.

- Proactively identify the opportunities across EXL engagements and drive automations.

- Excellent project management Strong knowledge management and training content development for training of internal EXL teams on automation techniques,

- best practices and opportunity identification. robotics, process automation, pmp, prince, transformation

- Provide architecture guidance to the project team working on products with strong focus on solution architecture, architecture artifacts, performance, scaling and security.

- Lead architecture aspects of software development with strong emphasis on Object Oriented analysis and design (OOAD), layered application development, domain driven design, and architecture design patterns.

- Practice standard development process leveraging agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Test Drive Development

- Should have in-depth knowledge of ASP.NET MVC using C#, should resolve day to day issues faced by team members.

- Should have built durable / Scalable architectures in last 3 yrs. using Design Patterns. Designing, product prototyping, development, testing, and implementation of .NET based products.

- The person must have proven leadership skill.

Essential Functions

- Having 2-3 years of Robotics Automation experience with any market leading tool like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Openspan, UI Path

- Engages with Diagnostic/ Pre-Sales team to understand Customer requirements, drives Business Solutions, define technical architectures, and provides effort estimates for proposed Solutions

- Participate in organization initiatives, drives as part of COE. Architectural reviews of other projects

- Software development using Agile and TDD would be must. Able to produce quality artifacts (HLD / LLD etc.) as per projects need. Should have hands on industry standard design patterns for .net development

- Design database schema, develop stored procedures and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.

- Prepare solution document

- Provide timelines for Development, Testing, UAT and Go Live

- Identify Meta Bots(re-usable components)

- Solution and code review

- Technical expertise to pre-empt blockers and help

- Developers in the development phase

- UAT, Deployment and Go-Live

- Having knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server (2000 2008,2012), .Net Experience in ASP .Net, MVC, MVVM, WPF and Win Forms.

- .Net 4.0 frameworks, Strong skills in OOAD and OOP.

- Extensive experience in Software Architecture and Design

- Extensive experience in Cross Technology/Cross Platform Application Design

- Experience in writing WCF Services

- Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving and strong interpersonal and relationship development skills

Technical Skills

- Any of Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, UI Path

- Understanding of applicable Industry standard frameworks (J2EE, Microsoft .Net & other Technologies)

- Knowledge of prevalent application platforms/technologies (BPM, ECM, SOA, Domain specific Business Platforms)

- ASP.NET MVC 3.0 / 4.0/ 5.0 - # 3.5, 4.0, OOPS, WCF, Web Services, Web API, XML (XPath / XQuery), JSON, MS SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012

- HTML, Kendo UI, JQuery, JavaScript, Knockout/Durandal or Angular

- LINQ, Microsoft Entity Framework (Code First)

- Knowledge of Telerik and infragistic controls

Process Specific Skills

- Understanding/Delivery Experience in a Business Aligned IT scenarios

- Understanding and experience of various SDL model Agile/Scrum, Waterfall etc.

- Six Sigma BlackBelt

Work Experience Requirements

- Relevant Experience of 2-3 years into Robotics Automation with any market leading tool like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Openspan, UI Path

- A total of 8-10 years in Design & Solution role as a part of business organizations primarily Insurance, Banking and Financial firms, or with Business Advisory Service / Software Application firms providing services to above said industries verticals.

- Proven to be Technically savvy and showcase strong business application and solution experience

- Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
