About our Client - Our client is a leading fund administration and Management Company offering a full suite of services including Fund Administration, Middle and Back office Outsourcing, Software Implementation and related services to Hedges Funds. As a part of their expansion plans and increase in volume of trades, they are seeking experienced Project Management professionals.

Job Description - As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be reporting to a VP in US and will be responsible for:

- Participate / Lead any special consulting projects or assignments (client or internal) as may be required

- Lead project planning and progress reporting and ensure timely delivery

- Act as a catalyst in understanding user requirements and effectively articulating the same to the in-house Development Team

- Handle new client and existing client implementation or conversions on software applications

- Bring about improvement of existing software by suggesting improvements, testing, bug fixes etc

- Recommend optimum solution which meets business requirements by internal assessments and best practices study

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 10 to 12 years of Business Analyst experience in Hedge Fund industry or in similar International Capital markets industry. Good business knowledge of one or more of the following aspects - Fund Accounting, Portfolio Management and Accounting, Collateral Management and Valuation models for OTC products. You will be have good exposure to SDLC, System testing, UAT testing and Integration processes.
