Job Designation : AVP/Sr AVP/VP - M&A, PE, Structured Finance

Job Profile:

Leading end-to-end execution of Structured finance - M&A and Capital Raising transactions

Management of key client relationships

Deal origination

Profile requirements:

4-8 years of corporate finance experience in a structured finance

Experience of independently executing M&A, PE and structured finance transactions

Should be well versed in preparing IM, doing valuation etc.

Should have experience in Indian market.

Ability to manage client engagements independently

Strong academic background with an MBA from a reputed institution or a CA qualification

Cross-border M&A experience would be helpful (not necessary)

Good analytical skills, Passion, commitment, orientation to excellence and fanatic client orientation
