We have an urgent opening with our client in Pune.  JD:  The current functional responsibilities include:   a) Managing the execution of the internal reconciliation being performed over the risk data which is a regulatory requirement of various regulators including but not limited to FINMA, PRA and the FED.   b) Moving these various reconciliations onto a strategic tool such as intellimatch and preparing to extend these reconciliations across all global entities and across more data points in line with CCAR requirements.   Importantly the candidate will be expected to assist in the governance and control framework development of the Market Risk Analysis and Reporting function  The candidate will assist with arranging the relevant governance forums as well as material and minutes from these meetings. .  Key activities of the function include;  Data Quality Resolution Steering Committee, Control meeting and various working groups.   - Management and update of the inventory log of data quality issues  - Assist in the implementation of new policies as they related to the market risk function.   - Participation in projects to improve existing processes, controls and evaluating existing Controls.  - Working closely with the Business, IT Departments, Controllers, Operations  - To participate in the roll out of enhancements in risk systems and processes.  EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:  - Graduate in Banking & Finance preferred  WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:  - Up to 8 years experience in Market Risk, Product Control, Operations or Finance related control function preferred.   - Must be a strong communicator across all corporate titles.   - Experience managing teams and providing coaching and direction to individuals.   - Presentation skills a must coupled with stakeholder focus is essential.   BUSINESS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:  - Strong people leadership experience  - Project management abilities   - Strong presentation skills   - Stakeholder management focused individual  In case you wish to explore this opportunity, please feel free to call me on 02065100881.  Reema Maheshwari Founder & Chief Consultant Credence HR Services LL- 020-65100881 Call: 9823243381 LinkedIn: in.linkedin.com/in/reemamaheshwari/ Visit us : www.credencehrservices.com
