Company Profile: Our client is a very large, professionally managed, highly profitable MNC service organisation-World Leaders in their field. Our clients seek various professionals in their HRSS Service Delivery (Payroll, Retirals & Exit Management) to be based in Mumbai & Delhi. Our clients operate multiple entities and have overall Employee Headcount exceeding 9000 in India and surrounding countries. AVP-Retirals, Mumbai:

The incumbent will handle all aspects of Retirals & Exit (Final Settlements) Management & Processing including managing processing of statutory & retiral benefits. The ideal candidate will be graduates with 8-18 years relevant experience in Retirals processing & Exit Management. Must have experience in working on multi-entity large headcount organisations. Must have handled RPF & Private Trusts, have good exposure to PF, SA & Pension. Must be dealing with external vendors and leading a team of at least 5 persons.
