About our Client - Our client is India's largest fashion and lifestyle website with its repository of cutting-edge fashion apparel, footwear and accessories. They are looking for a AVP level candidate who can lead their research and insights team in conducting primary research and performing go to market strategy.

Job Description - As an AVP, you will be required to perform the following:

- Leading the entire Research & Insights team

- Adapting research organization into an agile structure to suit the rapidly evolving e-commerce industry without losing the rigor of the research methodologies and principles

- Designing the best research competency which generates insights and outcomes with a clear business alignment

- Creating a research organization for serving all business / functional verticals and acting as the research hub for the entire organization

- Hiring and building a stellar team of research professionals.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate, you need to have the following :

- Masters degree from a Tier 1 Institute (MBA/MA/M.Tech)

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the field of research, conducting surveys and strategy

- Functional expertise - research methodology, design and construct, generation of insights and recommendations
