AVP - Regulatory Reporting (10-15 yrs)
Job Title: AVP Regulatory Reporting
Roles and responsibilities:
- Job holder along with the team will be responsible for producing the Capital structure and RWA disclosures in the Group Annual Report and Accounts and for meeting all Pillar 1, Pillar 3 and Regulatory MI Reporting requirements under Basel 2.
- Key area of focus would be the calculation of Credit Risk Exposure, Risk Weighted Asset and Expected Loss amounts under the UK Financial Service Authority Basel 2 rules, pertaining to the exposures of company's operations
- The role will manage a team to ensure the data is produced in a timely manner to meet timetables set by Reporting team and to maintain a high standard of quality.
- Ensure ongoing Reporting and analysis support for seamless service delivery of global Regulatory Reporting reports to onshore partners to agreed service levels
- Provide assistance to the REG team in preparation of templates for monthly and quarterly submissions to the FSA, and other internal customers specific to capital schedules.
Desired Skillset:
- Qualified CA or CWA or MBA with Minimum Experience of 10 to 15 years preferably in a Banking or Financial service setup having good experience in regulatory reporting as per basel norms, SEC reporting or FSA or FED reporting.
- Working/detailed knowledge of Basel 2 framework or rules
- Project management experience would be preferred.
