Role Title : Asst. Vice President

Job Summary

Regulatory Compliance Risk - The overarching responsibility for regulatory compliance officer is to ensure that the company complies with all applicable Regulatory / Company requirements. Regulatory compliance team of Company work with the global Compliance and Legal offices (All jurisdictions) to ensure the company remain in compliance with all applicable regulations, help manage and mitigate potential liabilities in the off shored business divisions / operations and contribute / collaborate effectively to avoid penalties, sanctions or other legal punishment for the bank.

Skills required

Technical :

- Working experience on various Regulatory zones and good understanding along with interpreting skills on Regulatory policies / other requirements is preferred.

- Experience in devising control infrastructures and policy formulations.

- Good Excel and PowerPoint skill is an advantage.

Functional:

- Good knowledge in Banking processes (Investment Banking, Finance, Wholesale, Corporate, KYC, AML etc)

- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong collaborative abilities with various banking business areas, Finance and support areas as Risk Management and Audit.

- Strong skills in Developing, initiating, maintaining and revising policies and procedures for the general operation.

- Defining and modeling methodologies and policies.

- Strong review and evaluation skills.

- Strong presentation skills.

- Strong communication skills - Oral and written.

Educational

Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce / Business Management / Banking / Finance / Law

Certification required

Certifications in Compliance & Regulatory Management fields is an added advantage.

Range of Experience

9-12 Years of experience in Compliance and other control related fields.

Salary : Max 22.LPA
