Job Description:

- Design and develop talent acquisition strategy for the designed levels in partnership with respective HR/ Business leadership teams.

- Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle and incorporate best practices within the same.

- Manage existing channels of sourcing and explore alternate channels to create a strong candidate pool

- Lead the sourcing team to deliver on defined service level agreements.

Location: Mumbai
