AVP - Recruitment - IT/KPO (10-12 yrs)
Our client is a Global Banking firm, Looking for Recruitment professional for Captive Unit in Pune.
Designation: AVP-Recruitment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process with a passion to identify top notch talent
- Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on Employee Referral Program
- Maintain an effective working relationship with all our recruitment partners and internal stakeholders
- Partner with relevant stakeholders for strategic recruitment, pipeline development and attracting the right talent
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate slate
- Guide, train and mentor the Recruitment Team
- Adhere and operate within the budget for all the talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Ensure the team’s adherence to the SLAs and drive the metrics/reporting
Desired Profile:
- 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources including 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Must have handled high volume technology hiring in a banking captive
- Must have managed a team of at least 5 or more recruiters
- Bachelors Degree(MBA Preferred)
- Superior skills in MS Office Applications including MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- In-depth knowledge of using a recruitment portal; knowledge in Taleo is an added advantage
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, multitask and drive things to completion
- Able to operate in a fast paced environment and handle pressure
- Excellent communication skills and passion for exceeding client expectations at all times
- Ability to deal with complex and varied issues with minimal guidance
