KRA:

- End to end recruitment process delivery, across a range of requirement levels (i.e. from entry level to Senior management levels)

- Carried out manpower planning in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition head/Internal customers and ensured that the recruitments needs of the organization were met within the stipulated timeframe.

- Responsible to test Hiring Vendors effectiveness and track performance through conversion.

- Creation of Job Description for all roles along with function heads

Education: MBA with 10 years to 15 years of experience

Salary Offered : 19-22 LPA
