Designation: AVP-Recruitment
Position reports to Head-Recruitment and handle a big team
Brief JD:
- Responsible for both the strategic and operational activities of end-to-end recruitment.
- Able to handle 1000+ hires on an annual basis.(Operational & IT positions)
- Able to handle big team
Desired profile:
- 10-12 years of Recruitment/TA experience in IT Services/Banking captive firms
- Handled technical/operations hiring
- Hands-on experience in Big scale recruitment(1000-1500 hires/Annum)
- Strong team handling experience
Budget: 25 Lakhs
