- The employee will be a key member of the Quants Research team of a leading Hedge Fund client of the company

Key job responsibilities include:

- Tracking and doing extensive research of quarterly earnings releases of various companies across the globe, in order to validate and analyse financial results for the client.

- Working as a liaison between data vendors and client and helping in the collaboration of client data sources that will be migrated to data vendors.

- Constantly reflecting on the improvement of current processes and quality control management and evolving a sound process management.

- Handling client requests related to validation of historical data and setting up new data sources.

- Working with the team by guiding junior analysts, as required, in data mining tasks, client communication and extensive quality control.

Requirements:

- Good accounting knowledge

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, programming knowledge (VBA macros) would be a plus

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
