Job Details :

The function has been established as a part of the organization with the aim of leading step change improvements in customer experience and unit cost through automation, standardization and optimization of operational performance globally

The scope has been defined as follows:

End to end business processes required for the successful delivery, through all channels, of products & services to internal and external customers by:

- Delivering process standardization Identifying and governing the best practice common standards and models

- Delivering Major Programmes Delivering measurable results through end to end change

- Re-engineering Sweating current assets to deliver improved performance

- Optimizing system capability Ensuring the use of the best-standard based solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

BE / MBA Basic Qualifications (Only Female candidates)

- Progressive 10-15 years of experience managing the development of business processes driving Reengineering projects in MNC BPO organisations.

- Should be currently working at an AVP level in an MNC BPO. Should be willing to work in afternoon shifts.

- Requires high degree of interpretation and analysis of somewhat obscure or inconclusive data.

- Requires a high level of judgement to make appropriate decisions for diverse and undefined issues.

- The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of quantitative, consultative, and facilitative/leadership skills.

- Proven analytical/technical aptitude, i.e. statistics and the ability to carefully analyze large, complex data sets.

- Demonstrated Leadership and Project Management experience.

- Knowledge of principles and applications of statistical methods including statistical problem solving is required.

- Change agent with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and work under tight deadlines.

- Hands on Knowledge in utilizing Access, SharePoint, OBIEE.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt having minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience .

- MBA degree in a related subject.

- Working knowledge and proven track record of success with the Toyota Production System: JIT, JIDOKA and HEIJUNKA.

- Prior Black Belt experience or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt / Greenbelt with demonstrated success leading projects.

Statistical analysis experience using a statistical software package, such as JMP or Minitab

Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt (preferred) certification

Data mining experience via SQL DB queries, etc. Should be flexible for afternoon shifts.
