AVP - Quality - Six Sigma/BB - BFSI (8-15 yrs)
Must be Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
Should have knowledge on production Management
Should have an excellent knowledge of the change process, project life-cycle and consulting tools and techniques, re-engineering methodologies and lean six sigma methodologies.
Deliver step change in operational performance (cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction) through identification and successful initiation of new change initiatives aligned with global directions and global/regional business transformation initiatives.
Responsible for delivery of Six Sigma curriculum (Yellow belt and Green Belt) across all SD
Build trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently delivering value add consultancy services and delivery that exceeds expectations and positions for sustained success
The Lead typically has numerous years (8+) in consulting and years of diverse experience and a variety of skills related to managing large and complex projects, consulting engagements, business, operations:
- Proven track record as an outstanding consultant (change management or business transformation) and/or project manager
- Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
- Exposure to Target Business and Operating Models and transformation business case (bottom-up & to-down)
- Demonstrated lean Six Sigma acumen and application.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
- Working across cultures and in matrixed organisational structures
- Successful change management and staff management
