Our client is a leading Banking organization with operations in more than 45 countries worldwide. They are an esteemed brand within the banking industry and always strive to recruit the best talent in the industry. With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for experienced professional with strong experience in the process re-engineering field.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the VP Quality & Reengineering team, you will be responsible for driving the Quality and reengineering projects using LEAN methodology within the APAC region.

- In addition, you will be responsible for managing the team and driving them to achieve organizational objectives. Furthermore the role will involve a lot of international travel (70 - 80%).

The Successful Applicant:

- You should be an MBA from a Tier 1 college with more than 8+ years of relevant experience, along with certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt

- You must have extensive experience of driving large scale Quality/ reengineering projects using LEAN methodology within a financial services setup

- Excellent presentation and communication skills along with driving large scale cross border projects is mandatory

- Strong experience of stakeholder management is essential
